Meetings are held every Tuesday evening from 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM in the seminar classroom of my office at 955 Dairy Ashford, Suite 108, Houston, TX 77079.

Meetings are held only once a week because the participant is expected to engage in self-assigned homework.  A manual is available for $7.00, which provides numerous methods of working out an ABC approach to a specific problem, situation, or event.  The ABC technique is demonstrated at each meeting.  Members are trained in 25 other techniques as well.
