Meetings are held every Tuesday evening from 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM in the seminar classroom of Outreach Center of West Houston, 725 Bateswood Dr., Houston 77079 (one block west of Kirkwood off Memorial Drive).

Meetings are held only once a week because the participant is expected to engage in self-assigned homework.  A manual is available for $10.00, which provides numerous methods of working out an ABC approach to a specific problem, situation, or event.  The ABC technique is demonstrated at each meeting.  Members are trained in 35 other techniques as well.
